Solved Gold not working, cant buy anything

Im running TFS 3.6, anytime I open a trade window I can see everything that the npc sells... but the game is not registering that I have gold in my backpack.
Just to test i tried doing it the old way where you type out what you are buying, npc tells me i dont have neough gold.

any ideas?

Do you get any console errors when you try to buy something?

Try to change distro otherwise

just fixed it, i've been trying to get an updated items.xml/otb, apparently it wasnt playing nice with the server.
