Gold Nuggets Problem

Hello on me ot i have like this Gold Coins-Platinum Coins-Crystal Coins-Gold Nuggets.

Problem is that that npc doesnt see gold nuggets , i must convert gold nugget to crystal coins so when i can buy item , how i fix that npcs SEE gold nuggets and players dont need change gold nuggets to cc to buy items , its realy anoing.
please help

Put
<attribute key="worth" value="1000000" />
