I'm working on old school Evo 8.0 server. We are working on balance of vocations in PVE and PVP. I have question to you and you opinion. Can you please complete below template? Please note that on server we have mana rune. Please imagine that 1.5k lvl will be middle level on the server.
Stats per level:
ED/MS: 5hp/30mp
RP: 20hp/15mp
EK: 30h/5mp

ED/MS 1.5k lvl
What % of max mana gain by mana rune?
What DMG from AOE to monsters?
What hits from wand?
What DMG from SD to monsters?

EK 1.5k lvl
What % of max hp gain by uh?
What DMG from AOE to monsters?
What hits from weapon to monsters?

RP 1.5k lvl
What % of max mana gain by mana rune?
What % of max hp gain by exura vita or other heal spell?
What DMG from AOE to monsters?

This is something we can't answer without actually having feel for your server. You can't just give out a certain level and expect ppl to get the feel for your server. Equipment, magic level, and spells also have a place in proper balance. I can already tell your server is unbalanced since you have doubled the health gain for knights and paladins while not changing anything about mages
