Hello guys, im from chile and i'm looking for a good low ping vps here, does anyone know any good and cheap vps? hopefully with DDos protection??
maybe in brasil? or mex?

I only know amazon that is hosted in São Paulo/Brazil, the price is expensive. The DDoS Proctetion you will pay a part, for example, if you have a attack then they will charge for it.

The Tibia's South America servers is hosted in they datacenter.
