Got a problem with my war system, •Guild with ID 0 doesn't exist.?

Hi, when guilds declare war to each everything works fine but when your click up the war system at the website and then try to click at any guild this error coming up:

The Following Errors Have Occurred:
•Guild with ID 0 doesn't exist.

Take a look here and you will understand better than my bad words ^^

There you got the thread of war system, but when i click goto step 3b same link is uploading..

I have the same problem of the wrong links on this thread. When i click GOTO STEP 3b it's going do the same page again.
