got hacked my character and I can not get back now because I have nothing to email you and someone;/ the game on my character and wanted to ask if there are any ways I recover my account?

I'm really sorry because you sent me a PM in this forum and I really didn't had time to reply it..
By the way, I cannot help with this because maybe you got recovery key, so try recover it or if you had used one e-mail then login in e-mail and check if there is any messaged, because I think that they send the password changed there.. I'm not sure but try, and also try to contact with GMs or as I said that send message here: [email protected], and explain everything + proves please.​

that's what the problem is that I do not come on the email you no r-key;/ check the IP who has played on the Charz see that it was still played on my IP and then someone hacked it to me and the other IP is .. : (
