Graphical Issues

I have it set to Directx9 (otherwise my framerate is horrible), brand new computer with Windows 7, and a really crappy integrated card (new one comes soon thank god), til then trying to fix this crap. Anyone else have this problem?

EDIT: For the record, I didn't know where to ask this, so move it wherever it should be if it's in the wrong spot..

Lower the quality of your graphic card. You have it on max therefore the client gets fucked up..

That's what I figured it was, but ever since I downloaded the latest drivers I can't access the actual settings for my graphics card like it was before. I had it on maximum for sure, to test out how crappy it was. Now, it says the frequencies are on factory defaults. I might try to re-install my drivers, or something...

EDIT: Fixed it, reinstalled everything and it works (after dealing with tons of stupid client crashes lol)
