Point Dexter is right. It does say to do that. So obviously that's the first thing I did. Sorry I didn't mention it I was drunk and assumed people would be smart enough to realize I did the basic stuff. I even went to the main site for my graphics card and downloaded the specific file needed for my graphics card and installed that. I am wondering if I need to find a download for openGL support or something like that.

can you see what card you are using with dxdiag?

ATI Radeon HD 3200

All other games run fine

but thats an onboard gpu? might still be using it but otclient maybe just cant detect it for some reason? what is your fps like?

The graphics card isn't the problem. I am probably just missing a windows package or something that is required to run otclient. Can someone list what I need like: dotnet framework, ect, ect
