Compiling Ground cache

Is possible to add ground_chace in TFS 0.4 or less? For 8.60 protocol.
And how exactly this works? For me this only helps on /save, but i saw that helps on memory consume. Is this true?

if i'm not wrong there are just 2 open sources with Gound_cache enabled and its OTX and tfs 0.3.7.SVN by MartyX

Yes, i already compile OTX but not work 100% with my server, because i made he based in TFS. You know if i can take the codes of ground_cache from OTX and put in TFS? Is this possible and if this really worth?

Just use OTX; it is based on 0.4/0.3.7 code with a bunch of bug fixes and improvements.
