Guild gesior 2012 bugged

Why getting this error with Gesior 2012 and using TFS 1.0

I fixed this bug reinstalling the guilds database and works that, but now I'm getting another problem:

The player is offline in the website and I'm online in the server without guild created.

There's a guild without any member or leader

I already fixed that bug with a guild without any member/leader deleting the guild's database and fixed; but now I got this, the player is online without guild and in the website saying the player is offline.
