Guild Leader Leaves But Guild Is Still There (Gesior 2012)

I have this problem on my website that I am currently using. It's Gesior 2012's TibiaCOM layout. The problem is when the leader of a guild leaves the guild, it doesn't get removed on the website. The guild is still there but with no members nor leader. How can I fix this issue?
