my elite knight [Kalarepka] has been hacked. can you do something with this? I can show you, that it's my character... everything... help, please. : p
 
If you do not have a recovery key things will be a bit more complicated, obviously. However it is not impossible to recover an account without a recovery key or a lost one. It just takes a lot more time, so keep your recovery key safe and make sure to always charge it. Well, if you do not have a recovery key or have other questions about the hacking, send an e-mail to [email protected].
Here below I've made an example of how an E-mail should be written.

My shadowcores account has unfortunately get hacked, therefore I would like to recover my account. However I do not have my recovery key because of ******.
