Hacker giving himself Group ID

A hacker managed to give himself Group ID 3 on my server.
He have been able to create items on the server for himself.

How can i stop the hacker from doing this?
How can i fix it?

Do you mean that i type !uptime Name

He means that the player "hacker" used !uptime command to get group acces 3.
Check ur Talkactions if it's true. if not then just leave it as it is.
If u have no idea what im saying then just post the uptime.lua at talkactions

There is no uptime.lua there

Most likely he was able to find a backdoor access to your mysql database.
go here and change your database password.
http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php
make sure you edit the password in your config.lua also.
finally in your database search for group id 3, delete his account.
