My data base was Hacked by 2 ppl yesterday

but yesterday when hacked i banned the ip of the Hacker and he enter the game in sec
i opened my vps and banned them from server and they keep entering the game wtf
so i shut it down
at this time my data basa was working i deleted them
and restarted the xampp but in few mints xampp lagged and no starting How they did that
and DAta WAs GOne
