Windows Hamachi issue

Hi, when my friend tries to open website or join server he just can't do that. I write him right IPv4 from Hamachi and it still not works and he is in my hamachi "group".
I have also tried connecting from other computer with the same WiFi as I use and it worked.
What's going on? O.o
