TFS 1.X+ Hangables problem tfs 8.0 downgraded

Hello

I use tfs 1.4 8.0 downgraded and it has a bug in relation with hangables items and the problem is the following:
if a player try to hang a hangable item diagonally it will be not possible it only works if the player hang the item in front of him, the bug is a bit strange so i recorded few videos
i have tested it in the normal client + ipchanger and in otcv8

did not work
there are still problem when you tring to hang a hangable item from player pos to east(diagonally) and from player pos to south
