hani i lost 15kk?

i just bought a new house and i was withdrawing all my money from my bank 32kk and i had 3 empty backpacks and 1k capacity as i withdrew it all i got 3kk in my bp and the rest on the floor? i grabbed most of it and so did cheif he helped me and saw it all but im down 15kk and i dont no how when i had 3 empty bps for it and 1k cap you can ask chief he saw it all im not lying about it can i get the 15kk back ?

Hi there everyone

I can testify what happened to this poor soul. I was standing infront of the "Banker" deposited some cash on my account and then he suddenly dropped alot of crystal coins. Of course i immediately started to grab as much as i could because alot of people were gathering around him. I gladly could save 5kk of his fortune. So he lost 17kk because of an lua script bug/missconfiguration ? If i am not wrong such a plight isn´t possible to happen on real tibia. If you´re low on capacity (when withdrawing cash in this case more than 30kk) the npc will response that you´re obviously low on cap~ and will cancel the transaction.

And as he explained to me he had 1k cap~ and three empty backpacks. So i am wondering why it didn´t worked out ? 100cc = 10cap that means 3000cc have a cap~ of 300. Or am i wrong ?

It happened to me as well since cc go to first bp once there is no room in first bp rest gets droped on the ground lucky me nobody was arround.

For what reason? If you handle an amount so big you'd better make sure that everything goes fine by yourself. You are supposed to check these things when dealing with such amounts. When you don't, you are just stupid.

The money will go into your main backpack, if you don't have space in your main backpack, you will probably toss it under yourself.

I had talked to you yesterday. Did you have problems understanding me? This is not a bug in the sense that it is not working, because it works exactly as intended to in the code. The problem here is that it doesn't work exactly like in real Tibia (where it checks for container space in subcontainers), and that will be fixed at some point but is not our highest priority. Now because you seem to not have understood me yesterday, I will explain it again here: I can not just give you 14kk (which is what you are missing out on, not 17kk or 15kk), because it was picked up by other players and you were unable to tell me possible names of who might have picked it up. Therefore I told you to speak to another gamemaster who might handle the situation differently.
