Hardcore/Pvp-enforced

Hi

I use dev tfs 0.4, and i set rateExperienceFromPlayers = 2 and world type hardcore, but don't take exp players, how do why?

you will only win experience from players you kill when they levels are higher then yours

I kill at 8 lvl 50 lvl, and don't get experience...

What if you kill a level 50 with a level 40. Isn't it supposed to be that you only get experience from players which are ...% higher than you? So you can't get exp with a level 8 from a level 50?
