Having a problem with cap!

The problem is all characters have 10000 cap (unlimited cap) and I not sure what else I can do to change it. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

Using 8.7 Rev4285

config.lua

useCapSystem = true

groups.xml

<group id="1" name="Player" customFlags="1"/>

Database

All sample characters have 400 cap in database

haha sorry about that all normal characters have unlimited cap using rev4285. cheers

Change Revision, It is a Source problem i think.
