Having afew server isssues. Willing to pay to get it fixed.

Well lets start i made a OT about a year ago everything running smoothly i Quit and only recently have started to try host again, However it doesn't seem to be working what I've done so far

Open Port: 7171/7172/80/3306
SQL: Made Database, Xampp running (but i think Apache is having afew issue).
Server: I can log onto my Server but no one else can. It just says Character list being loaded... but doesn't do anything else.

I no for a fact that all my firewalls, port forward is 100% correct my only problem i think is something to do with Apache.
Ive never had any issue whilst hosting so would much appreciate some help, Im willing to throw some money at whoever knows how to fix

Save a backup in your desktop of the htdocs folder.

Next install this xamp (the most faster, but it's the more basic - it's charge the website and phpmyadmin on 1 sec)
Xampp Win32 1.7.4 V6 (63.2MB)

So... you must put the htdocs folder in your new xamp folder, and test again.
If don't work again, response on this topic

I just installed Xampp 1.7.4 v6 and this was the error that occurred.

ERROR: Apache service not started -1
ERROR: Mysql service not started -1

Tryed xampp 1.6.6 still didn't work any other suggestions?
