Lua Having Issue With Both Paypal and Zaypay

Sometimes when someone buys with paypal they dont recieve their points at all, and sometimes they do.. and Zaypay ive been accepted since long time now, i havent made any misstake configurating it as far as i know, but when they buy with Zaypay, they dont get their points at all.
they get nothing :/ anyone can help me fix this issue would appreciate it.

Linux or Winodws, wich model?
did you enabled the ipn in paypal?

now i have no idea what ur talking about hahaa i just took a script planted it in htdocs baam and made accoutn now im not andurstanding haha, but i use windows
