Webdesigner Header/Background Designer

I am looking for a designer for my AAC page.

What im in need of is:

Header: 800x160 or 900x200

And a background that is fitting.

Page looks like this right now: Modern AAC - Powered by IDE Engine.
(Yeh i can't design images at all).

I won't be able to provide any kind of payment for this since it will be for a non profitable server (No donation items at all).

Support Staff is needed when the server is released tho.
