Healing 5 mana per second as sorc?

As the title says, my newly made sorcerer, is healing 5 mana per second. It's even master sorcerer.
I got suprised by this as logged onto my other sorcerer as saw it heals as it should, 45 mana per sec.

Why is this?
Is it level based or something now?

hm. stop eating, wait until the regeneration ends, relog>eat again.
