"Damn ur stupid, rolling on floor laughing." Are you really doing that? Then you have to be stupid, and no, you don't use ROFL as an expression in any way unless you really do it. Don't try to justify it to make it look like lol, and mostly this word is used by kids with small vocabulary that have to use the same word toe xpress themselves.
