I think this means
minimum healing = ((mlvl*4)*A) + (lvl*A) + B
maximum healing = ((mlvl*4)*C) + (lvl*C) + D
Now I will count how much "exana mort" would heal a knight lvl=200, mlvl=10
minimum healing = ((10*4)*5) + (200*5) + 5 = 1205
maximum healing = ((10*4)*11) + (200*11) + 15 = 2665
So, that's the formula if you want to find out how much some spell/rune would heal.
