Lua Health/Mana .cpp not working

Hi I have tfs 0.3.6 and I want to make my health/mana bar with .cpp (my databack does not have .cpp sources)and I used this https://otland.net/threads/jak-wysylac-hp-i-mane-w-procentach.181560/ and made my own player.cpp and it didn't work I also tried adding this to my mods folder but it does not work can some one help me please

For me this is the proof that compiling a server is beyond you, I didn't even understand what you wanted to achieve. I'd suggest trying to add more details because now it's just garbage
