After many breakouts of magic and evil the elfs decide they need a new stronger prison for the inhabitants of Hellgate
after trapping local dragons they fortify the only way in and out to prevent escapes and build new prison cells for the monsters
unfortunately there seems to be a magic evil already near the island that may threaten the new prison
guarded portal in and out of hellgate 2 is at 1056, 1057, 12
