remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons : 1 remote access o the server is not enabled 2 :the remote computer is turned off 3 :the remote computer is not avaible on the network

When you finally get access to your server again
Install Teamviewer,
and set it to automatically start
and set a permanent password.
Or get a Linux server

I would contradict you, but holy shit I could not imagine trying to give anyone here X2go support when I can barely get it working myself most of the time. Wouldn't want anyone to get ideas. 
God help the poor souls who try to get decent performance out of xrdp. I won't mention the other one, cuz it kinda works and that's the last thing we need.
