who i need to go to change the start lvl??

Edit the Samples to 8 and not 1.

The samples you made in setting when you created the website [set-up].

login to db, goto table players, look for these names:

sorcerer sample

druid sample

paladin sample

knight sample

Change teir lv to 8.
