Windows Hello - We can see the accounts come up - but won't log in to the server -

Hello - We can see the accounts come up - but won't log in to the server -

We have our ports opened; AAC works; enters the account part..but never logs in to the gameworld;


Can someone please assist me? I've worked hard at configuring it..
