help aac is fucked up

hi i have geisor aac 0.3.6 and tried to fix wow layout for the aac so i downloaded the wow layout from http://otland.net/f118/layout-wow-style-me-82319/ so in layouts i made a map named "wow" and put everything from the wow aac in to the wow map and went to config.php and changed from "tibiacom" to "wow" but when i installed the aac and taked a look it looked like this Imageshack - aacq.jpg and i don't know what kind of lang that is :S but anyways why is the page all white? please reply if you know what's wrong Thanks!

You might not added the
-css file properly ( check the path from layout.php assigned to the css file)
-image files

when i did that it worked but the glowing doesn't work on google chrome or internet explorer the glowing only worked at firefox and now i want to know how to change language to eng
