[HELP] Account manager freeze

When someone creates an account and login my server just freezes for 4~5 seconds and sometimes even kick some players and its really annoying, can someone please help me with this problem?

My server is 8.6.

No errors on the console and i have no idea what you mean by rev (my second ot.. sorry) but i'm gonna assume that is this:
