Help adding maxHitPointsPercent to a Item

Im looking to add this to a ring but my server doesnt have this fuction what do I need to do to make this work?
Sever is Forgotten server 0.3.2 8.4 client.

I tried adding both of theses and it caused a error. Any help would be great..

I think youd have to make a script for that, like onEquip or somethin, not sure ill check it out in a bit
