Help Bug 10 minutes Out!

Hi otland, i have serious issues, i downloaded a server and when it's online all good, but in ten minutes more or less nobody can login and those who died cannot login back, plz help me find the problem

What error do they get?

the players get no error, neither do I (console)

sounds like a connection loss to the database.

Do they get temple position wrong? Or they simply cannot connect back?

Maybe, can be that problem of the database, i don't know, and if it is that, how can i fix it?
