HELP, can't connect to: https://localhost/xampp

This is a part in a guide on how to set up mySQL, tho none of those sites works for me, the first one is just blank, and the second one just loads for a while and then says i cant connect to it.. What have i missed?

Then you forgot to open ports.

or open Xampp...


How to open it?

Go to /xampp/xampp-control.exe

Then just click on Apache run and MySql too.

Yea and dont forget to close e.g Skype , cuz this prog is blocking the port for Apache
