Help create new promotion

Hello i wanna make a promotion for lvl 350 cost 3kk and it give 1500 more health and 2500 mana for druid\sorcerer
For Knight give 3000 more of health and 1000 more of mana
For Paladin give 2500 more of health and 1500 more of mana
Name foor the Promotion: Omega

If some one can pass me the scripts for it i will be really gratefull.
