Hello, I'm trying to mount a OTServ. However do not know much, I would pay a host, pick a server already assembled, someone help me?

There is NO real map in what client so ever that you can download and run. There is not even a "custom" server that you can download and run, you need to do some work by yourself.

I suggest you read some tutorials.
