Windows help custom client? and others things

anyone knows how i can create a custom client for 7.4? i saw for others versions but no for this one
im "working" avesta 7.4 0.6.5
-any one knows ot item editor for this version? i wanna make stackable items( i tried 7.5-7-6) no succes
-spell creator & and mosnter?
