Windows [HELP]Error when i edit my map

i have an 7.6 real tibia map. and i want to edit it. for some small changes. but when i do edit it i get an error.
Could not load.


ERROR MESSAGE
FATAL: [OTBM Loader] [position x, y z] Failed to create item.

Tests
I tried delete that item but then a new item popsup in the error..

i also tried save as another version of map. but i still got that got damn error
