HELP exhaust --

Hello my friends, I have a problem on the server that the player with a lot of cap is buying several items and causes 100% CPU usage on the server, can anyone tell me how to put exhaust so that players can buy both so long in npc for this to fix? I await urgent reply!

In data>npc>lib there is somewhere there you can set delay of reaction of npcs.
