Windows Help Fast Port 80

i buy dedicated windows but port 80 is not allowed
anyone have port anther that or anther way to open xampp apeach?

Why can't port 80 be forwarded? It should be forwarded by default on a dedicated host..

Edit Apaches config file from port 80 to custom, not sure what file or line it is.
