Windows HELP! Graphix issue, dont know how to fix it.

Okey so i've downloaded a evo map to my 8.6 TFS server. The map is also 8.6 and the data that came with it is also 8.6.
I can create a character and all, that works like a charm but when i'm trying to go anywhere with the char i get an error showing up saying something with Graphix error.
Look at the JPEG... Please help me!
