Windows Help how i can edit items

Hey guys! i need help about, how i can edit my items, i know i can edit with the folder inside the server that name is items, but i want for example edit the royal crossbow, if someone wanna use that items he dnt need the fire arrows, the RC automatically throw the arrows
please help me guys!
