Hallo i have already download tibia multie ipchancher and tibia .4 or 8.3 and i dont know how i can play can you tell me pls how i can play i dont know pls tell me in all steps pls tell me i wil gona play <_<

The server is offline at the moment. So you might be doing everything right but the server isn't up.

Download Tibia 4.0
Download IP-Changer 4.0

Open Tibia, then Open IP-Changer, set IP & Client Version.
Click Change IP, Login on your account.
Be Happy.
