[HELP] I do not recieve my donated item on my gesior aac

Hello Guys.

When i buy something of my donator shop i't tells me to relog and when i relog i do not recieve my item that i bought

PLEASE HELP!

Have you followed all the PHP & Lua steps?

If you think everything should be working well and you're absolutely sure you haven't messed up anything, restart your server. Also, to see if a player haven't got their item and it is still pending, go to your "shop_communications" in your database. If it's empty, you/the players should have recieved their items.
