Hello, I am new.
I'd love to play on this serv but I can't use the IP Changer. It simply returns me a bug:

I tried:
-changing the ip in tibia with hex editor (xvi32.exe) - it was easy to do in recent versions of tibia, but now it seems it doesn't work
-downloading again the ip changer
-repairing net framework 4.0
-installing net framework 2.0
-uninstalling and reinstalling again net framework 4.0
Here is my Add and Remove programs screenshot so you can know which net frameworks etc I have installed:

I would be satisfied with changing the IP manually OR making the official IP changer working.
@EDIT:
I verified both net framework 4.0 client or full with .NET Framework Setup Verification Utility (that I found here http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx ), and it says both are OK.
@EDIT 2:
Yea i found that info about net framework 3.5 somewhere on otl forum, somehow i edited this post to write it that its done etc, but it didnt saved -.-
The info that net framework 3.5 is required should be seen on main site near the ip info.
