What does that even supposed to mean?

No shit, you're still breathing... hell, your mortician would probably have a good laugh at your corpse when he sees the tattoo.

"Still Breathing" is more of a declaration of being alive and getting through rough shit.
Such as, if a building fell on you and you survived, or some guy tried to murder the idea for your next tattoo, "Still Breathing" would be like a "FU I'm still here" kind of message, to the building, or to that guy.

But I do bet Morticians have more fun with people that have tattoos lol.
 
I have to agree with Evan, that'd be the same as having a tattoo saying "Stayin Alive" and look at the beetles now!!! Go for something more intricate, more depth...
@Pandaman: You only disagree because it's not panda's dressed up as ghosts with MLP tattoos on their arms...
