Help me rep++

I got some error in my ot, when my brother trys to logg in to my ot, he comes to the char selection window,
when he chooses hes char he cant connect to game world.
Any one knows the reason to this stupid bug?

Im using Mystic spirit as a server

Ofc the one who helps me will get rep+ from me and my brother.

You most likely did not fill in the right IP in config.lua, that tends to cause such an error from my experience.

The config ip is right, I even tried localhost, and he still could not connect

Try make a new character, also is your port 7171 open?

Sometimes, computers in the same home are not connected to eachother, or you can't reach him via the network, open the port 7171, tell him to make a new character and login. There could be a problem or a bug with the character too, though.

Port 7171 is opend, we tryed to make 3 chars and still same problem ;/

Is he the only one person which can't log in?? TFS 0.3.3??

Are you sure you routed 7171 port? Also try disabling firewall software ( even windows one ).

If he is connecting with the same router, he could connect with

 localhost

If he where using latest TFS (0.3.3) he needed to open port 7171 and 7172..

7171 = Login Server
7172 = Game World Server

I think that where his fault

He clearly stated he was using mystic spirit. So he didn't do that wrong...
