Hey guys, I am trying to open a dispute against a fuck face who I gave him money for a service and then he insta blocked me on skype (PayPal)

So I am wondering what I should do to easily win this dispute...

Thanks in advance, it's urgent and I just got ripped off pretty hard.
 
You can easily win if you've got a verified Paypal account.

I didn't buy anything, I bought a service not from here and the guy then blocked me without doing it.

And yes my IP is dynamic and changes everyday.

well i make fake disputes and always win. just open a dispute on paypal saying exactly what happened, will get ur money bk in like 15 days
