Hiho i wanna know how make works parcel system and balance system
i use an avesta 7.4 0.6.5 recompiled by @Jakkess thanks alot to you bro
i need know how enable those systems thanks in advance

Parcel system is working in default. Set IDs of depot chests the same as town id.
i.e.

Town1 ID: 1 - set all chests ID to 1 (or town name)
Town2 ID: 2 - set all chests to ID 2..

To balance system you just need a proper NPC (banker).

If you are setting depo chests in Thais, set it to Thais. It's so simple as walking.
